Crafty Cumbrians: Carvetii Coffee

One of the fantastic Cumbrian producers it's been a pleasure to work with over the years is Carvetii Coffee, in Threlkeld. 

Carvetii have the same attitude to their coffee that we have to our beer: They use the best raw ingredients, plus passion and expertise, to produce something special. If it isn't a cut above the rest, then they're not interested.

We're really chuffed to use their espresso in our Smoooth Sippin' Coco Chino, which we brewed as part of our Eden Student Design Project. 

As part of our series paying homage to some of the great Cumbrians we work with, we caught up with Gareth from Carvetii to find out a bit about why they do what they do.
