Over the last few years things have been getting busier and busier at Eden. And we're glad to say that we're finally in a position to be able to look for a talented brewer to help us continue to grow.

We’re looking for someone who’s full of ideas, has an eye for detail and quality and isn’t afraid of hard work.
As you may know, we brew a modern range of 330ml and 440ml canned beers with experimental ingredients and big flavours, as well as classic, high quality bottled English ales. We also supply keg and cask to customers throughout Cumbria and beyond.
We’re looking for an experienced brewer who shares our passion for quality and creativity to help us grow and continue to make the best and most exciting beer possible.
We currently operate a five barrel brew house, with five five-barrel fermenters and five 10 barrel fermenters. In October we will install a new 10 barrel brewhouse and additional fermenters. We bottle and keg our own beer on site.

To work for Eden River Brew Co you must:
• Be overflowing with enthusiasm and love for the craft of brewing
• Have previous experience brewing with another brewery
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be willing to work long and hard to be the best
• Be able to work on your own and as part of our small team
• Have a sense of humour
Industry qualifications aren’t essential, but a knowledge of brewing varied styles of beer is. Beards aren’t essential (our head brewer’s a woman after all!) but a commitment to making inspirational beer is.
Small amounts of admin will be involved and you’ll be willing to muck in and cask wash, cask, keg and bottle beers, as well as label and package our products.
You’ll be working with Linda, our operations manager and head brewer, and Jason, our owner and director.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience and a relocation package is on offer for people living outside Cumbria.
